How does one go about locating a good cosmetic surgeon, do you just open up the yellow pages?

Maybe you could start there, but I think it's a good idea to get lots of references from clients of the person you consult with because degrees just aren't enough.
Didn't you see a doctor about it ? Push really hard to get them removed so you can get coverage. Tell the doc you've had those since you're a teen.
I got 2 friends who got them removed at the hospital.

But be carefull with hospital cuz it doesnt mean that they have a good cosmetic surgeon!!
Either way, they have to do a cut around the nipple.

I had surgery to remove mine about a year ago. Basically all I did was go to my Family doctor and he made me an appointment. That way the first appointment is covered under medicare. If you just call one up from the yellow pages they will usually charge you for that first visit. All I can say is make sure you get a good surgeon. The one I got really messed it up. I naturally carry a lot of fat around my pecs so after the lumps were cut out, I was left with 2 "craters" under my nips. I'm still talking with him about how he can fix it but I've kinda lost confidence in him now. If your naturally lean then it might not be a problem for you. If I would have known about Letrozol back then I would've tried that first. If you do have a lot of fat naturally around the area, ask the Doc if he does the technique shown on this site http://www.plasticsurgery4u.com/procedure_folder/male_breast/fat_flap_sculpture.html.
I think this is the best way and the way that should've been done on me.

While we're on the subject, does anyone know if you can get gyno again after it's been removed?
