Do you bother with all that crap or do you think it's a waste?
i've been taking green mag creatine, xtend bcaa/glutamine and animal pak multi but i'm now almost out and deciding if it's even worth it to buy more.
i'm thinking of just going with multi vitamin from now on.
obviously i take a ton of protien powder, that goes without saying.
im gonna keep takin the 'creen next cycle
bcaa's are a must IMO and glutamine for cell repair

you might be right about the creatne. but when you're on the juice already i dont see how much more of a difference it could make. anyways, 'm going to stop taking it and see how it goes. it will be my first time off of creatine in like 3 years.
as for bcaa pretty useless imo. you realize basically all it is is protien that gets into your system faster right? you might as well take another scoop of protien powder each day for all the difference it makes. correct me if i'm wrong. and that crap is expensive too, for the price of xtend you could get a bottle of dbol.

i think many good quality protein powders contain most of the things you need to grow, but I do add glutamine and ctine (however after 3 years a break is always a good thing)

Man, I got into one massive fight on BB.com over this topic...lol
some people say, never come off creatine, simply no need.. I NEVER take creatine when I'm ON... Just seems like I am getting enough from the hormones and then when I start PCT I will start my creatine again and my NOX. Gives me a small stength boost and the "illusion" that I am pumped up... It's more of a comfort for my mind, but that little boost does help with PCT blues.
bcaa's definately....creatine if you respond to it.....glutamine....well its hard to say....i read recently that most glutamine taken orally doesnt make it ipast your stomach.......

X2. I'm sure there is som benefit to running creatine while ON, but I save it for PCT and in between cycles.

lol, it's clear that no one really knows fuk all about anything.
all i know for sure is that i'd rather take some dbolz than waste that money on bcaas.
It really doesnt matter IMO ... on the sauce Im sure supplements efficacy is improved substancially. Or just use supps between cycles to help hold onto gains.

On the topic of BCAAs if you take a look at any of your protein that has a amino acid profile you'll see all those BCAAs that you are paying through your teeth for. The poster who said just take another scoop of protein, I'm with him! I used to work in a fitness store that had it's own line, and the owner had told me that most protein powder is something like %40 by weight of BCAAs anyways. Although, probably in different proportions than in the BCAAs you would buy on their own. Still, 1 more scoop for me please!
As for creatine. I would be completely interested to hear why it would be "Bad" while on. Most of what I have heard is that it's awesome during PCT. And from experiance I have loved it during PCT. I would figure while on would only make things better. Creatine helps conversion of ADP to ATP. Hence why all the runners at the '92 Olympics who were on were tested MANY times for performance enhancers - because the results were THAT different!
So to me this would sound like a one two punch. Added endurance while on from the creatine and the strength from the gear. Sounds like it would work well together to me. But personal experience has nothing to go on this one. I've never been on creatine while on.
my 2 cents!

Hold it just a sec bigz241. I used to think the same thing as you, just take an extra scoop of protein... What suckers ha ha ha! Then I started taking branch chanin amino before during and after my training. I played around with many protocols but usually 10 grams before (was put in no shotgun which has some bcaa) 10-20 grams during and after after The results were very good like no doms, could train much harder. Even noticed my lower stomach just getting tighter and tighter. All while not restricting calories. Sometimes I would take an extra 5-10 grams with my second post workout meal which is also high glycemic, or wake up in the middle of the night and take 5 grams.
In all I wanted to see what using a kilo a month would do and it worked very well. Now since were talking on cycle here I would say one could get away with not using them, so maybe I just talked for nothing but for after cycle, they could be very anti catabolic. But hey if this still seems like a crock of shit to you, no problem, I see alot of pro glutamine vows in this thread so you know how these things go...

^^ Whether I'm on or off cycle, I notice fuller muscles with creatine. A good 1/4"+ on my calves and Bi's. I assume it's just more water, but that's fine with me.

Creatine probably causes you to retain water, so of course you may look fuller. There is no need for creatine or many of the health food store body building supplements* when you are on AAS, but each to his own.
*Things like rALA, NAC, & milk thistle extract for prevention are something else again.

I read somewhere that creatine is better utilized while on cycle (testosterone specifically but i assume anything would have a similar effect). Something about your muscles being able to better utilize it.
Creatine is so cheap, why wouldn't you use it? I don't mind spending $10 a month if it may add a little something extra.

I once read(can't remember where) that creatine and oxandrolone is an excellent combination together. They have some sort of synergistic effect when used together. Never tried it but seen it stated several times before. Personally I find creatine good post cycle and between. I use a protein powder that is high in bcaa's and glutamine, plus I add an extra 5 grams of glutamine to every shake I drink year round, love it.

"Oxandrolone does not increase strength through androgenic stimulation, at least not primarily. It stimulates the formation of phosphocreatine, a body compound that can replenish ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) , the main energy currency of the living organism. This gives an incredible increase in short term anaerobic performance, the type needed for explosive action such as sprinting and lifting weight." from bodybuilding.com -Big Cat-
