for my traps i do alot of barbell shrugs and upright rows!
my stats the last time i checked were,
5ft6 210
arms 20 inches
chest 52 inches
Last winter i close grip bench pressed 480x1, shoulder pressed 400x1.
im laying off the juice for a while and trying to maintain and get more cut.

when i started lifting i weighed 120 pounds, my arms were 13.5 inches, chest 38 inches, legs 19 inches.

Huge upper body but your legs look like they have alot of catching up to do from the pic of you in the shorts. With 20 inch arms you need at least 30 inch legs to go with them pipes. 480 lb close grip is insane.

hehe i know ;) got to work on them harder.
ive done a ton of shoulder programs
ive gone up to 25 sets per week on shoulders to jump start some gains but my normal week is about 15 sets. Right now my rutene(sorry for spelling} for shoulders this week is........
-front raises 4 sets 6-12 reps
-side raises 4 sets 6-12 reps
-rear delt flys 4 sets 6-12 reps
-upright row 4 sets 6-12 reps
barbell shrugs 4 sets 6-12 reps

i have to agree, awesome upper dude, great shape, wish i ooked like that, i'm on the other side of the spectrum with big legs,
secret: just work em till you puke. lots of cycling ( gets you used to the consant burn ).
in turn, hope i can get my upper body looking like yours.

Hey BPP, ya, those stats look good for us vertically challenged ;)
when i was training full time, my regular street wear was only 220lbs and i trained legs weekly (mostly) to 2 X weekly in small sections, just found even though short, Calv's grew i guess but upper got like rocks, just size wasn't up to my liking., lol ,Then( i did my mega cycle) of igf and tests and shit.. i THINK consisted of like 1-2 grams test (with bit of enth/sust/ deca and other goodies i could threw in) and also, used 3 bottles of IGF-1 from orbit, and man, with in month literally i hit my all time high of 240lbs, and stayed their for a while,. chest was at 51" i believe for 220lbs, but i THINK my bi's were only 19, , but soo many areas people hold there weight, i noticed i liked 240 as i think lots of weight went to legs (where i wanted shockingly)_ cant believe never used igf since then, i m not even sure on how many mcg, i THINK was 100 or more (first two 3 times ) as was readying wrong, (thinking **** I'll blast threw this bottle in a couple weeks) and relised it was big mistake and then just lowered to 60mcg and just got 2 more bottles... Mmmmm loved that stuff..

INCLINE BENCH PRESSES 5X12
DUMBELL PRESSES 5X12
INCLINE FLYS 5X15
PEC DECK{INCLINE} 5X15
CABLE CROSSOVERS 5X12
DIPS 5X FAILURE
note:
1 minite rest between sets
includes drop sets.
finnished within 30 minites.
what can i say im a volume guy :)
20 inch arms at 210 pounds is nuts!
