Just a quick hello!

Hey everyone,
I've been here for a couple months just checkin' everything out
Figured I'd introduce myself, I have been training for 10-12 years and have competed 5 times, twice as a junior. Last show was 2005. Lookin' at returning to the stage in spring of 2009. I'm 5'7 195lbs, looking at hitting 210lbs or so then start contest prep. I will probably step on stage around 170-175lbs. I'm sure I will be looking for advice in the future and helping out when I can. Nice to be here and look forward to meeting some good bro's!
