week 1-4 50mgs turinabol ED
week 1-16 500mg test cyp
week 1-15 450mg EQ
week 1-24 ramp up to 4iu's GH

I will run 20-30mg of nolva ED, I have had estro related sides in the past so I would like to stay on top of it. As I have said in other posts I am a fan of the taper method of coming off so that and nolva is what I will use for my PCT

I have never run GH before so I am going to build up from 2iu's to get a feel for the sides and see how my body responds to it.

suggestions are more than welcome

i like the looks of it, how m421ny cycles have you done,maybe more test depending on experience was thinking 750,but thats individual thing i guess.750 seems like alot better than 500 but still reasonable dose.especially if youve done a few cycles at 500

I have run a few cycles now and I have found that if I go above 500mgs I get sever mood swings. might be in my head but at 500 I am fine 750 I am an asshole. the cycle that I just finished started out as 750mg of sustanon taken mon/wed/fri and I had to cut it back to 500mgs mon/thurs. for the gains I got compared to the sides it wasnt worth it. Thanks for the advice.

that seems like A LOT of nolva.... maybe try something alternative?

I have tried adex at .5 ED and I didn't really like it. the last time I ran cyp I needed 30mg of nolva ED to fix the gyno. would it be better to start the nolva at 10mg ED from the start and increase if needed or wait till sides show up and jump in with 20-30mgs?

Just a suggestion but maybe stay away from the Nolva if your running HGH. From my research Nolva can decrease IGF-1 production which negates some of HGH's benefits. Some say it doesn't but it was enough for me to set Nolva aside because of how much HGH costs.

Im pretty much running the exact same cycle, but different amounts and a few weeks longer. Like you I was plannning to take Nolva and bought a crapload until I found out about its IGF effect.

Arimidex .25mg/day

really, I did not know that about nolva. would adex, Aromasin or letrozole be a better choice?

Adex or Aromasin would probably be a better choice. Letro is way to harsh and can kill your labido.

Diesel I really like that cycle I'm running the exact same thing cept added var in there and bumped up the eq dosage, also running 10ius growth 3x ew. As far as the Nolva goes I would start at 15mg then bump it up from there. Yes Nolva does cause a reduction in natural igf levels but I don't think it's enough to really be concerned about. Nolvadex also reduces myostatin which is a good thing!!!
