Hey guys looking to put on some lean mass after dropping some 15lbs for the summer but also trying to maintain lean physique. Currently sitting at 190 at around 11% give or take. Here's what I'm looking at to start in Oct, it will be 20 weeks.

Week 1-20 Eq 600mg/week
Week 1-16 Test 400 400mg/week
Week 1-16 Tren E 400mg/week
Week 16-20 Var 75-100mg/day

Bromo, Arima on hand along with toremifene


pct will be toremifene

Diet: 400-500g/protein 150-200g/carbs (from veggies and some dairy)...fats from Udo...not sure on #?

that looks exactly like my next cycle except a little bit longer.

My advice would be to drop the bromo and pick up some dostinex. Dostinex is more effective at controlling proalactin and has far fewer side effects.

Also, dropping the test at week 16 is not going to be good for your libido.

looks good man, I would just change the test, higher then the eq. maybe like 400 eq and 600 test ?

if youre doing a "bulker" lean or not, var isnt gonna do much in terms of gains. dont get me wrong, its my favorite drug but i wouldnt take it if gaining weight was my goal.

all that aside, the drugs dont matter. its all diet.

150-200g of carbs is not going to be enough imo to grow.

id suggest keeping protein high, but lean sources, and increasing your carbs a lot, keep fats low.

It would be much better if you ran the test all the way through...not sure why you a taking it out after 16 weeks..

Bump shithead. Just cause you are doing a clean bulk does not mean you need to go low carb. Carbs are essential for growth. Just eat clean carbs like oatmeal, yams etc..

yeah sounds good...i'll take out the var and save it for a cutter and increase the carb intake

i would do 500 test and drop the var maybe use tbol instead...other than that very nice

hey bro this is exactly wat i plan to run except for the Var. Do u guys think that having dostinex and nolva on hand and then doin clomid at the end would be sufficient pct? **sorry dont mean to hijack ur thread gixxman**

I like it bro, I would run the test the whole way through though. Also bump the carbs yeah but you don't need to do it all at once start around 350g and when your gains slow or stop add in another 100gs of quality carbs this will keep you lean. Also eat your carbs before 7pm and just protein and fats from there out, this also helps to stay lean. Cheers.

Flip the diet: 200g protein, 400g carbs. That's an absurd ratio. People use way more protein then they really need and are absolutely killing their kidneys.
