I didn't see the other contestants, but by looking at the second pic, I'm gonna say he definitely deserves his card

Awesome conditioning and kick ass colour. I hope he continues to improve and joins Fouad at the Olympia next year. Let it be known, the Canadians are gonna start kicking some serious ass in the IFBB. We're takin' over!

I'm seriously excited about the possibility of this happening. Has there been a Canadian on the Olympia stage since Paul Dillett in '99?

How could I forget about Groulx? I've always admired him, I think he has a great, classic build like the stars of the 60s and 70s.

Did Nimrod King ever make it to the Olympia? What about that short guy from Ontario with the freakishly huge forearms? (I can't remember his name!)

Pakulski has the frame and structure to make it, I'd say. He seems to take his preparation very seriously, and he takes care of the details (check out those calves!) Now he just needs to add muscle (and muscle maturity) without spoiling his lines...

Brisbois is right! Thanks, bro. A quick Google search shows that he competed on the Olympia stage in '87 and '92, just missing the top ten in the latter show. His best showing was probably when he finished 5th at the Arnold in 1990. (Wasn't that the year that Nimrod King got DQ'd for testing positive for Winstrol or some such?)

I looked it up: Yes, it was!

Also, King did compete at the 1991 Olympia, finishing in 15th place. I met him once, he totally came across as a good guy, very friendly, outgoing, and patient with the young kid with a million questions. He was into high reps and high carbs, which surprised me.

So... if Pakulski and Abiad both compete at the Olympia (in a couple of years...) would that mark the first time that there have been two Canadians contending for the top prize at the same time?
