Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum, and new to bodybuilding in general. I look forward to talking with all of you, and hopefully I'll be able to give advice to more newcomers as I learn from you.
A bit of background and history: I have been vegetarian for almost 1 year after being fully vegan for 4 years. I have been small my entire life (I turn 28 this year,) even when I ate meat. I determined this was partly because I just never ate enough. I say partly because my whole family is a bit smaller than average. I started eating more at the beginning of this year, and doing some basic training (jogging, push ups, light dumbbells at home,) and was able to gain more than 20 pounds so far (up from 116.5 in January to almost 140 now.)
I joined a gym for the first time a couple weeks ago, so I'm really excited to see what further gains I can make. I have been reading a lot on askthetrainer.com trying to get ideas for which exercises to use, but I thought it would help even more if I could talk directly with other people who have first-hand experience.
So I guess after this introduction, I would be wondering where the best place on here is for me to ask you all for some tips.
