My favourite part is the father of the son who commited suicide (RIP)
blames low doses of steroids for his son commiting suicide. There is absolutely no proof in any journals of correlation of steroid use and suicide. In fact I think it would be quite the opposite when seeing improvements who doesn't get all happy.
and the father several times ignores the fact that anti-depressants can trigger suicidal tendencies in youth and is scientifically proven.
Whats everyones favourite part?

i havent seen it....sounds interesting
What says it all is buddy grabbin a couple of mexicans and making his own bogus supplement line with nice fancy labels and a mere dusting of actual active ingredients.

I wish they would have included all the cut parts :D
I loved the part with the guy from the anti-doping agency who talks about how bad steroids are just to have the next scene show an expert in medical ethics explain how unfounded his claims are.

can i watch this with a girl?
Sure, but people tend to have a made-up idea about steroids against which rational rhetoric is somewhat ineffective. Nonetheless, that documentary is a good way to start easing her into your lifestyle

It was very well done. Feel sorry for the guy who's son committed suicide. He really didn't want to hear anything but that steroids were responsible for his kids death. Sadly enough, anti-depressent drugs have been shown through studies and through experience that they increase chance of suicide. I guess since the media labelled steroids as evil, the old man decided it must be why his son committed suicide.

I liked it too. The only thing is the main guy has to let go his childhood insecurities. He is very likeable but get over hulk hogan. Shit next thing you know he will find out wrestling is entirly fake. lol. The santa OMG the ramifications.
I loved the expert talk saying they aint that bad and that peantus are way more dangerous to the masses.
Also the drug committee expert in his office that didnt no shit about shit and kept asking his aid for help.
All the Arnold stuff was rad. I love arnold since I was a kid and it was cool to see all that stuff good and bad. Arnold rules.

It just amazes me how there are so many scientific FACTS that people can ignore and just go by their gut feeling. People need to open their eyes and their minds a see what is really going on. Kinda reaffirms my belief that most people are stupid sheeple.

This movie was put together really well. I liked how he never took any sides, he stayed open minded and just stated the facts. I think this should be required watching for all doctors and politicians. I think they should even show it in schools. Proper unbiased information is always the best way to educate people about the facts.

Ya Mike Bell died soon after. Even his father said that they were going to find his son dead someday for sure.

Even though it's unbiased, anyone who doesn't watch it with an open mind, and has their own biased opinion already ingrain into their thoughts will take nothing from it.
That's the problem with this issue. So many people have preconceived ideas about AAS use, even watching this movie would do nothing to change their minds, if they're already convinced AAS is bad.
I got my mom to watch it with me after I had already seen it once before. She was disagreeing with what people were saying, speaking out loud, saying stupid comments, being generally negative even though it was a very insightful presentation of facts. Pretty annoying to say the least. Even though my mom is a bit of a nut, I can imagine people with similar ideas about AAS might not be swayed to change their opinion.

People who choose to be ignorant are blind to straight facts and the truth. It amazes me how someone can hear/see the facts and ignore it to fulfill their own agenda...
What gets me is the people that have STRONG feelings on the issue and have no idea what they're talking about. Most people that hate on steroids couldnt even name a specific steroid. They dont know how they're adminstered or even have an idea of what they do. Most of the idiots i know make these rediculous gestures to try and bug me, they usually pretend they're tying off their arm and making an IV injection... yeah... steroids inject JUST like heroin! Way to be informed.

Fantastic Documentary very well done. 5/5
I had no idea the brother (Mike Bell) passed away. Sad, I think he left behind a kid and wife right?
The guy seemed to of struggled with a lot of issues and could not leave behind the crazy dream of going pro in the WWE.
Even his old man said his son would be dead soon while in tears.
Any idea of how he died?
RIP Mike Bell

I learnt a lot from this doc; my girlfriends brother liked it my girlfriend found it very boring except a couple of parts that made her laugh.
