Why does he always have injuries? He is either breaking a bone or tearing a tendon of some sort.

A local bodybuilder and trainer at a gym in my city/town has competed in bodybuiling for years and I saw him once at a store. He looked amazing when I saw him. 4-5 years later (1 month ago) I was talking to somebody that knows about him and he told me that he is not doing it anymore because he keeps breaking his bones some how. WTF!!?? That is sick! This bodybuilder/trainer is around 40 years old.

I think we need to discuss some things here. NOTHING is worth having weak bones and tendons! Are we making our muscles, tendons and bones bigger and stronger temporarily but making them weak as glass in the long run?!

Could it be the long term suppression of estrogen? Since estrogen is a factor in bone density?

SACRAMENTO -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger underwent arthroscopic knee surgery last night after a nagging injury prompted him to clear his schedule and cancel a weekend appearance in Lake Taho
The man is 61 yrs old. Stuff happens, bodies breaks down. Probably just age related. From the above article don't sound too bad. No wheelchair or crutches needed during recovery.

.. Or did something else happen to him. Did he drop his bike. ?
