Why does he always have injuries? He is either breaking a bone or tearing a tendon of some sort.
A local bodybuilder and trainer at a gym in my city/town has competed in bodybuiling for years and I saw him once at a store. He looked amazing when I saw him. 4-5 years later (1 month ago) I was talking to somebody that knows about him and he told me that he is not doing it anymore because he keeps breaking his bones some how. WTF!!?? That is sick! This bodybuilder/trainer is around 40 years old.
I think we need to discuss some things here. NOTHING is worth having weak bones and tendons! Are we making our muscles, tendons and bones bigger and stronger temporarily but making them weak as glass in the long run?!
