Alright, I keep seeing the banner on top advertising it for weight loss (which I click of course to help generate $$ for the site). But does the stuff really work? Anyone have experience with it or is it garbage.

Right now I'm using the Mona Vie product. The acai berry has the highest score for antioxidants of any other food in the world. Compared with the blueberry, which has a score of 92, and the cranberry, which has a score of 94, the acai berry has an incredible score of over 1000! This makes it great as an anti aging product and an overall health product, but I doubt it has any magical weightloss properties. I think they are just trying to capitalize on the growing popularity of this food.
On a side note, the university of florida also conducted a study in which they found that the acai berry, triggered a self destruct response in 86% of leukemia cells it was exposed to.
I heard that Chuck Norris baithes in that stuff to start a day of roundhousing people in the face while wearing tight jeans.

That's the one I'm using as well. How long have you been using it? I've been using it for about 3 weeks and so far I can't say I've noticed any physical differences that I can feel, but I still know it is giving me health benefits just from it's antioxidant properties.

I think the standard unit of measurement for antioxidants is Oxygen radical absorbance capacity "ORAC"
I've been taking Goji Berry juice for a while now after a nutritionist swore by it and I loved it. I dont know if it was completly psychological but I do give credit to these powerful antioxidants.
in comparison
I read that acai berry per 100g has 53,600
while Goji has 22,000
both have different pros.

started about 2 months ago. i will have a better judgement on the antioxidant properties after this winter/flu season. normally i get a cold for 3 days. hopefully with this stuff i can by-pass that.

Pure Acai Berry is one of the newer dietary products on the market. though, it isn't just a diet product, it's also a health supplement.

Is MonaVie a natural weight loss pill?? If not then how does it help you lose weight? I've tried many supplements and shakes and what not but can't seem to lose any weight. I'm starting to think that the only way I'll find weight loss pills that work (http://www.slim9.com/how-weight-loss-works.php) will be to have a regular exercise routine and healthy diet. Would it also be better to maybe find a natural weight loss pill that contains multiple ingredients that can help with my weight?? I honestly feel lost, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am from Brazil like acai.
There it is eaten with granola in order to give you "energy".
I tried the fruit a few times: it tastes good.
Has great nutritional value but in my opinion not worth it!
Want antioxidants?
Try glutathione injections
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glutathione
Want a great shot of nutrients?
Miers cocktail + glutathione (ask any naturopath and they will hook you up).
Want real nutrition?
100% organic diet + digestive enzymes as needed is unbeatable!
Monavie, Goji, adn otehr magical berries?
If it seems too good to be true...
