Pre-made meals in Toronto

Anyone know of any places? I know there was a thread about Edmonton, but that doesnt help me :P But it did help me determine how Im going to eat for a week while I dont have any appliances :)

Costco has some great pre-made foods available - some of which are suprisingly tasty as well as nutritious. Search for a Costco nearby you. If your in the downtown core, you'll have to travel a bit as they are mostly in the surrounding GTA - Scarborough, Markham, Etobicoke etc.

Yea Im in the GTA and theres one by me. Thats nice to know, any idea of their price, I checked out one that was in Edmonton and sorry but it was just to expensive 7 dollars for 5oz chicken breast and 2 cups veggies...
