Update (9-26-18): Clearly, Shannon is not interested in making peace! For damage control, she has created an intense, disengenous "Anti-Cyberstalking" Campaign against the client across all of her social media with the allegation that the written report is libelous, using his initials; but the report is 100% accurate, & he has EVERY right to file a consumer complaint against a professional business/owner, as long as he is being honest.

The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) protects people’s ability to share their honest opinions about a business’s products, services, or conduct, in any forum, including social media.
