Just tell him you want a full panel including hormones.
Hematology profile, liver + kidney function, iron/ferritin, and an endocrine panel.

You say many good things, but this isnt one of them.
Maybe you have a "one of a kind" Doc, but most GPs know nothing about anything to do with AAS.
I dont mean to come off rude, but GPS in Canada as a whole know nothing about this.
If your doc is inquistive about your request for an endocrine panel tell him you were using an OTC prohormone or test booster and since coming of your libido has suffered or something. Sometimes you have to spoonfeed doctors and make them feel like they are solving the problem themselves to get specific bloodwork - otherwise most wont give a shit.

Ya i should have said it better, but all my GPs in the past as well as mine now tested tests for liver, kidney,LDL,HDL.I will tell you my doctor doesn't test me and knows i'm the gear, why becauce he said as long as you just on injectable there is really no need, but orals is another story he said.

my doc has been into bbing in the past, im lucky i tell everything i do ,its the best way but not all docs are like this.
i go to a clinic and i pay cash for everything(no health coverage yet). i tell my doctor exactly what i want and i get it. last bloodwork came back high tho and he called and said "i told you so". I told him it was to be expected and sent him on his way.

You need to check for a few things and do not expect all doctors will no what is needed.
Big ones are:
LH
FSH
SHBG
Serum Test
Free Test
Estradiol
Prolactin
DHEA (could be an indicator for adrenal fatigue)
TSH
Blood count, cholesterol, lipid etc, and possibly a glucose test if you ran slin.
A few questions....
So if I say wanted to get blood work done and want my Hematology profile, liver + kidney function, iron/ferritin, and an endocrine panel to get checked, will I have all the information (blood test wise) to give myself the green light on AAS?
How much blood is withdrawn and from where?
Also how would I go around getting this done. I'm only early 20s. Should I tell him that I've been really tired lately, unmotivated, etc. Also mention that I've been working out and eating lots of protein, hearing that weak liver cannot handle a ton of protein, especially with all the alcohol we drink, etc.... First blood test, needs thinks checked on....
(looking for an approach)
they only draw blood from the tip of your penis..
jk
they'll take it from the crease in your elbow. just tell the doc that you haven't had your bloodwork done in forever and that you're just being proactive about your health.
once you go in to talk to the doc after the restults come, make sure you get a copy. the sheet will give you your reading, and also an acceptable range of hi-low.
the protein thing, dont bother, you cant do anything about it if you want to train and get big then your kidneys (not liver) will have to deal with it...

I told my doctor and I think everyone should.
When I asked him for bloodwork he made a joke like, "Haha why do you want bloodwork, are you injecting?"
I looked up and said, "yeah, actually I am". His face changed immediately and asked me why. Then he told me I'm crazy. He had no idea about AAS.
He pulled out his pad and asked me what I wanted checked. Now I don't have to lie about anything. Why should you have to?

-yeah bro, this is all you need. With respect to your endo panel the most important ones are:
Total test, Free Test, LH, FSH, prolactin, IGF-1, TSH, and Free T3 + Free T4.
Docs ussually wont test for estrogen unless your fat with milk dud tits.
