After years of working out I still wonder about some basic questions which I plan to post here. Feel free to join in if there are things you wonder about too, remember there is no such thing as a stupid question. My first basic question concerns arms,do train triceps before biceps, biceps before triceps or alternate triceps-biceps; and where do forearms fit into the sequence?

Hi! Alternating is best IMO, when you train antagonist muscles together, you can use the rest effect and use more poundage and not feel as tired.
