After years of working out I still wonder about some basic questions which I plan to post here. Feel free to join in if there are things you wonder about too, remember there is no such thing as a stupid question. My first basic question concerns arms,do train triceps before biceps, biceps before triceps or alternate triceps-biceps; and where do forearms fit into the sequence?
