Greetings fellow users of the internet. k idk why im so gay but anyway i need some advice on arms. Im 18 and obese, n in december idk where i got my motivation from but i just started working out n eating right. Ive lost about 30 pounds and ive been noticing changes in my body. Like the coolest things are seeing my knuckles slowly showing up n collar bones! My bones are starting to fascinate me but one thing Ive become deadly afraid of is if in the end after all my hard work of trying to lose weight, i ending up having big saggy ass arms. From the start ive been doing cardio for about 40-60min and the weights for 25-30min and im noticing my muscles under all my fat in my arms is getting hard. I just wanted to know if u guys think ill end up with saggy arms or what u guys think my arms might look like if i continue lifting weights.
