Hi! I'm a model and actor. want to start bodybuilding but only for showbiz. I mean I want Model body shape, with 6 packs and muscular with normal size. my height is 5'10.. plz suggest me some supplement and work routine. waiting. and thanks in advance

agreed with the fact that there's nobody here who can help you more than a special coach who can see you. Here are good experts indeed, but as long as you don't see each other in person, nobody can help as a professional in person! just my opinion
