Hello there!

I'm designing a cutting diet to be used with a strenght routine 3 days per week.

Age: 27
Gender: Female
Weight: 63 kg
Height: 169 cm
Bodyfat %: ~30%

Calories: 1500 kcal
Protein: 126 gr (2gr/bw)
Fats: 63 gr (1gr/bw)
Carbs: 107 gr

As I know that keepěng carbs so low like that is hard for her, could I lower a bit protein and fats to let more space to carbs? How will that affect progress?

Thank you so much

You are better off dropping all the carbs and going keto. That will completely reduce cravings and provide plenty of energy. Dropping fat will do the opposite...she will have huge cravings and be starving all the time.
