Hi,

Please share your experience/thoughts on intermittent fasting. I started doing it a week ago. Really like how I feel and I lost some weight. My worry is - will I lose muscle? Thank you.

Everyone intermittent fasts...its called sleeping. If you ocntinue that while awake you run a high risk of losing muscle. Yes you will lose weight but much will be muscle loss. Remember the body cannot store protein so if you are going long periods without it the body will use the amino acids available ie muscle tissue.
IF is not a good idea for a physique athlete either male or female.
