Which is better ?

So if you have a choice between alcohol free beer ( or whatever ) or a low carb beer , what would be the "healthier" choice ?

yes, drinking beer not to get drunk is a thing , lol !

example -
Budweiser non alcohol has 36g of carbs per can
Michelob ultra has 3G carbs and 4% alcohol

so if a person was to have 1 or 2 beers , what's the better choice ?

Alcohol in moderation

example -
Budweiser non alcohol has 36g of carbs per can
Michelob ultra has 3G carbs and 4% alcohol

Alcohol is a carb and a fuel and if dieting will halt fat loss. Health wise a no alcohol beer would be better....but if you really want a drink save it for a cheat meal and a drink now and then will do little harm.
