Well it’s been 4 years since my last competition. I competed in the 2012 Maritime Bodies (2nd) and 2012 NSABBA (5th).

I am currently deployed oversea’s for 6 months and thought it could be a great time to try to get back into it. The East Coast Classic is in the first week of November I believe and that’s the show I plan on. So my prep will be roughly 25 weeks. I am going to attempt the Classic Bodybuilding division which is listed on the NSABBA site as classic physique. According to the height specifications being over 6’3 I can be up to and including 240lbs. Last time I competed I was 233lbs at weigh ins. So shouldn’t be a problem.

Currently

May 16th 2016

6’3
232.5lbs

I am going to try to add as much lean muscle as possible and start my contest diet Aug 8th. Giving me 14 Weeks.

Going to try using minimal supps and will have to work around irregular shifts. Going to be a great test.

Yes I did. I had hip surgery (labrum tear). Feel like I can finally go at it full force. I had gastro 2 weeks ago and took my before pictures while recovering. Weight in pictures 232.5 lbs. Currently 239.5 lbs. Having trouble uploading photos from my phone though.

Got 2 powerlifting competitions that I just found out about yesterday one on June 5th and another on June 19th. Going to throw my hat in the ring. No real time to train for it but figure I lift weights everyday, may as well.

Just finished my first powerlifting competition 3 days ago. So a little sore. Been a long time since u did a 1RM. Might forgo the next one in 10 days. See how I feel. Hit 1385 pubs total. Was looking for 1400+ but still happy with the end result. Took the overall so can't be too upset.
