hello, im going to start training, i would like to build muscle,become stronger. I currently only play hockey, but im going to start going to the gym. what supplements should u use? and why?

Supplements are the last thing you should worry about. Good food, plenty of it, hard training learning how to lift heavy and safely and getting plenty of rest.
