confused hahah HCG ???

hey guys, since reading all of Gusts post on HCG i decided to jump on board but I dont know much about it, the stuff came in amps, so first question is, is there a safe way to open amps without and amp opener ? and there's 5000ui in one amp i'm obviously not gonna take 5000 in one shot, how do i keep the stuff sterile ? and for right now how do I store the stuff ??? put it in the firdge ??

I'm on HCG now,..mine isn't in amps but I can tell you it will last in the fridge more than 30 days.

Ya bro, just apply pressure to the top of the amp and the top of the vial should pop right off. It is best to transfer the mixed HCG into a separate vial. I usually add 1ml of B. water to the HCG amp, draw it out and then put it into the sterile vial. I then add another 1.5ml of water to the amp so it will equal 2.5ml/5000iu. Now to get my 500iu dose, i just draw out 25units on a 1ml slin pin. Store the mixed HCG in the fridge.

The proper way to open a glass ampule is to 'score' them around the narrowest part of
their neck. To 'score' a glass ampule it is best to use a metal knife with small teeth. Occasionally, these are provided with the ampule and these knives work best. If these knives are not provided, it occasionally works to use a fingernail file, grapefruit knife, or a type of kitchen knife with very small teeth. This knife should be rotated around the narrow part of the neck in a sawing motion. After a white line or 'score' is clearly evident on the neck, the ampule is ready to be cracked open.

Before cracking the ampule open, it should be placed inside a clean paper towel or a thin clean cotton towel with one hand should firmly grasping the lower portion of the ampule. Your other hand should grasp the very top of the ampule.

A quick snapping motion should cleanly remove the top of the ampule. A needle can then be inserted and the liquid drawn out. Do not try to crack open an ampule without scoring it, or by using your fingers directly against the glass ampule. Occasionally the glass ampule can shatter and this glass can cause a serious cut.

I've seen lots of different prep/dosages: Here an example I found at another site.


1) Do your calculations. I recommend using 1 cc of Bac water per 1,000 iu of HCG. This means a vial with 2,000 iu will require 2 cc of Bac water.

2) Use the syringe with needle to draw up desired amount of Bac water.

3) Carefully and slowly inject the Bac water into the vial of HCG powder. Do not shake. It is now fully reconstituted and ready for use.

4) Store the reconstituted HCG in a refrigerator when not in use.

That is a horrible HCG protocol. HCG should be used on cycle (250-500iu e3rd day) to prevent hypoganism. If one does not use HCG during the cycle then they should use 500-1000iu e3rd day leading up to their SERM/AI PCT. HCG causes peak output of the testes in 72hrs so using HCG every 5-7 days is too long between shots. Also 3000iu is a large dose of HCG, such a large dose can damage the leydig cells of the testes.

Learn something new everyday. sweet. If I ever had testicular atrophy that was of concern again, woulda ran same protocol.

Never used it to prevent hypogonadism. I usually bounce back just fine w/ nolva alone. Will definitely try next run. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Best way to open amps without an amp opener is to score around the amp with a knife, then use a bic pen cap over the top to snap the top off. Works even better than an amp opener.

It's important to note that if you are planning on keeping your hcg in the fridge for up to a month that you use bacteriostatic water and not the sterile water that normally comes with your hcg. The sterile water will only last in the fridge for a few days.

Very important not to shake since most peptides are very fragile. Only role in between fingers until fully disolved.

What did you mix it with, NaCl or Bac H2O?? If NaCl I think you're good to thaw and use but not sure about other.

Do not freeze HCG. Just keep it in the fridge. If you mix it with B. water or Sodium Chloride it should be good for 4-5 weeks in the fridge. HCG does not go "bad", it will just lose potency over time until it is useless.

Ya i would take them out now. They may be rendered useless but it won;t hurt you to try them.
