Supplements are mostly scams. Real food is superior in every way. Test your body PH after a drinking whey protein. Your body instantly becomes acidic. Become alkaline and watch your gains double. I only wish I knew sooner. I have tried supplements from Gaspari, Muscle tech, Animal, BPI, EAS, BSN, Quest, MRI, Cutler, ALRI etc.... Below blows the doors off this crap. Implement these foods to your diet, you will be blown away with the results.

Sardines
Goats milk yogurt
Hemp seed
Flax seed
Chia seed
Real olive oil, grape seed oil.
COCONUT OIL (secret weapon)
Celery, beet, apple. Juice it.
Almonds soak for 6 hours to activate.

My tendonitis is gone. No more headaches or stomach problems. Reversed type 2 diabetes in 90 days! No more metformin. Using supplements drags my body pH below 6.0 into an acidic state. Keep at 6.9-7.3 for optimal muscle growth and prevent cancers. Disease cannot spread in an alkaline environment. No bread, no milk, no alcohol, no pop. Real food only. Supplements are popular because they are quick and easy. I wish I had this info when I started to work out. Anything worthwhile in this life is NEVER easy.

The only so called "supplement" that I would recommend is a super greens powder. Not sure if it effects a body builder's gains or not but it's been life changing for me. I'll save the tech details but at the end of the day, more vegetables have never hurt nobody.

Your body regulates PH levels ie blood PH very specifically or you die. The whole becoming acidic from foods we eat is nonsense.
