I just started my test e today and after my shot tonight I am feeling kinda flush and sweaty. Is this normal?

I was freaking out a bit as I forgot to aspirate the needle and as soon as my shot was done I started to get light headed and my knee started to ache. I started to sweat a bit, felt nauseous, and my heart rate felt like it was starting to increase.

I have leveled off now, about 30 minutes after the shot.

is this your first shot ever ? if so i think its normal, I had the same thing happen to me my first few shots, I think its just being nervous, adrenaline etc... hope this helps,,, oh and its always good to aspirate try not to forget, my first cycle i didnt aspirate for the whole cycle (I know just being DUMB), I aspirate now all the time and i've never hit a vein.

Now I don't feel so bad. I do believe it was at least partially do to nerves. Would have been good to know before I started.

It's ok, you've lost your virginity to the needle now. Some people will react one day, some another way.

My first shot was Feb 3rd of this year. We were putting our condo up for sale, and had a showing in 5 minutes. We had been running around. So while my wife finished the last couple of things, I ran into the bathroom, and used a 21g 1" to draw 1mL from the vial of Test E, switched needles to a 1.5" 25g, cleaned the injection site, and carefully entered my right delt. From there, aspirated as I had heard too many people having issues with not doing that and I'm overly cautious. I then injected, which seemed to take forever, and withdrew.

Wiped the bead of blood off my delt, threw a shirt on, and was out of the condo.

It sold that day. Injections have been a breeze ever since. :D

I'm currently on a homemade Test P/Tren cycle and injected 1.35mL into my right triceps for the first time ever today, and that was an interesting injection. Felt awesome, good pump and fullness in the muscle.

I went through a phase about 4 years ago where I was experimenting and injected myself / had a friend inject and it really was simple, nothing to it! I wasn't very nervous, it was my friend who couldn't stop shaking as he was holding a needle and had never poked someone before! I liked bicep injections alot..never tried triceps..someday maybe. I have everything I need for a cycle except arimidex so once I find that, it will be time to start the injections again :)

it is not partially nerves, it is all nerves. it's like when you get a bad cut and looking at it makes you turn white. psych yourself up before hand. try pinning shoulders, it's so easy.

2 weeks ago I was in your position.

At least losing my virginity I was drunk, losing my self-injection virginity was a nerve racking experience.

your story probably goes like this:

1) Keep repeating in your head what the procedures are. "k, I got my draw needle, my injection needle, alcohol pads..."

2) Final doubts "well Ive planned for months maybe even years to do this, am I ready to do this?"

3) What If's " what if I inject the wrong spot and hit a nerve, what if I don't aspirate properly, what if this shit is dirty"

4) Inner Rage "**** this Im getting huge!"

5) Holy **** stage "Holy ****, this needle is inside me and I stuck it into my ass - no turning back"

6) Self-amusement (maybe its just me, back me up if anyone feels this) "wow this feels awesome the liquid is disappearing into my body and it didnt hurt at all"

7) Adrenaline starts to wear off after 20 minutes of being pumped and hitting a peak as the needle went in. Body tingles, feel tired but energized, face is flushed, can't ****ing believe you lost your 2nd virginity.

8) Post-injection doubts "I did everything right? right?.. what if this is not how your suppose to feel, what is it going to feel tomorrow?"

I kinda like injecting myself, I think its the adrenaline that I get each time I do it, though it gets less exciting each time. Im sure the more experience guys don't think twice and is actually just a routine like brushing your teath

Just did second injection and all is well. None on the whacked sides like the first.

My first injection... I was so nervous, I did everything right except that when I put the new needle on the syringe (after taking the needle that I used to draw the oil off the syringe) I didnt tighten the thing. Essentially it was hanging on by nothing. I stuck the thing into my shoulder then pressed the plunger down. I was not prepared for how hard it would be to push the oil into my muscle. With all the adrenalin I over reacted and pushed so hard the syringe came off the needle and oil spurted all over my arm. I was left with a needle stuck in my shoulder, oil all over me, and an empty syringe in my hand. Needless to say every shot after that one has been much easier. Im still not sure how the needle could have been that loose that it would disengage from the syringe, but I swear to god thats what happened.

Ya....sounds like a little anxiety....the more you do and get under your belt..the more you will get used to it and addicted lol

When I come off for 7 months and start darting again....I get a little weirded out for a few weeks till the muscles get used to it again.

But always take your time and never rush any injection.

My buddy's first shot took him 3 hours and he was in tears on the bathroom floor by the time I showed up. His nerves were shot and he had poked himself a good 6 times, got scared and pulled out. hahaha My first shot I was sweating bullets and had to change my shirt after.
