Test & Gyno

Is it possible to make gyno worse than it already is genetically, by taking 500mg of Test Enanthate weekly for 2-3 weeks? I've always had mild gyno, even as a kid, and i've done a couple of cycles before, but all of sudden i'm on Cycle 3 just doing 500mgs of Test Enanthate and I feel like my gyno has gotten dramatically worse.

It's either the juice, or it's the high calorie diet making me fat. What's your opinion?

Ya gyno is from high estrogen,and the people that do get it have lots of receptors around the nipple,so a good anti-estrogen will help.Nolva's are okay,but Letro,aromasin,or Arimidex are best for it.

Also take 600-800mgs of VItamin B6 split into 2 seperate doses.

vigilant, I bet it is the test doing it..like Smart-tony said, try to find arimidex or aromasin if you can.. I tried using nolva only as an anti-e on test years ago and it didn't work for me..i had gyno symptons that never did subside unfortunately.. the only problem you might have is finding those other anti-e's. Seems like nolva is easy to come by but I'm still searching for the others (bear in mind I don't want to risk ordering from a research chem site in the states because it seems like most packages are being seized). Yeah dude, if your gyno prone run adex with your test. Maybe even nolva for the duration of this one aswell. If your worried about IGF1 dowregulation use aromasin instead of adex ... even if using nolva concurrently with aromasin your IGF1 levels will actually increase.

How bad is the IGF1 down regulation? Will I notice the IGF1 down regulation? I've had problems with gyno since I was younger....Will the A-dex actually help to reverse it?

IGF downregulation is minimal ... maybe will lower your levels 20%. I wouldnt worry. Some people are just so crazy about maximixing gains though that they freak out about that shit. Chances are being on test will have your levels high enough as it is.

But yeah, start an AI but in the meantime run nolva to get it in check.

Never heard of Adex suppressing Igf, only herd of Nolva causing this.
