Test cycle...For how long??

Just wondering how long i should be doing test for? 3 month,6 months?Its tnt 400 test blend.Currently doing keto diet but thinking of doing test cycle after that to build lean muscle.Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me :)

It is always best to keep cycles to the length that provides the most benefit and the least negative effects. This is why I would suggest 10-12 weeks maximum on test and if you are fairly new to cycling 250mg twice weekly is plenty. Even with a 10-12 week cycle blood androgen levels will still be high for another 2-4 weeks thus the effective cycle length is actually 12-16 weeks. Also if you look at 99% of guys who cycle 99% of their gains come withing the 10 weeks mark. After that there is very negligible gains and a much higher chance of just adding fat not muscle. Using aas for six months is just not wise and w complete waste of money not to mention your recovery will be very difficult.

Shorter cycle equal optimum gains, faster recovery, better health, less expensive, and the ability to add more muscle over time because you will be more sensitive to andorgens than someone who is always on.

Yes i have cycled before.This will be my 3rd time in about 10 years..What would you recommend for a cycle for lean muscle mass?Also what should i do for pct? I am fairly new to this and i would like to do this properly. Would pct be nolvadex,arimedex and hcg? To be honest i have only done pct for 1 of the three cycles. The reason is i didn't know any better. thanks for any info or advice you can give me Prae.

A simple 10-12 week cycle of 500mg weekly (250mg monday and thursday) test enanthate or cypionate would be quite effective for lean mass. Keeping it short helps make recovery much easier and faster.

PCT would normally be HCG + clomid and or nolvadex + aromasin or arimidex...dosages and durations are really dependent on age, length of cycle, dosage used on cycle etc.

I would suggest something minimal being that you haven't cycled much.

PCT (2 weeks after last test shot)
HCG 1000iu twice weekly for 5 weeks
Arimidex .5 mg EOD or Aromasin 12.5mg EOD(concurrent with HCG)
Clomid 50mg ED plus Nolvadex 20mg ED for 5 weeks concurrent with the HCG then continued for another 2 weeks.
