P,

i have a friend who wants to start his first cycle. younger fellow like 24, been training since 18. what would you recommend dosage and length wise? also what would he ask for on his blood work prior to starting, how does someone that young even ask for a blood test? does he lie and say he has low test symptoms?

also is it ok to try to have a kid on gear? i heard only thing is your sperm count is lower but nothing else to worry about? do certain types of AAS cause sperm count to drop more than others, i heard deca is worst?

thx

I wouldnt advise using gear until at least mid twenties. You will never reach your potential unless you have several years of natural training under your belt and know how to lift correctly as well as how to eat. It is a good idea to have blood work done first to get a baseline and thus have something to compare to. You dont need any significant reason to ask for blood work. All aas will suppress HPTA and thus lower sperm count ...some more then others ie deca due to progesterone inhibiting HPTA recovery. IMO if you are going to use gear, make sure you have knowledge about it not bro science bullshit from some guy in the gym. Make sure you keep cycles to a minimum in order to recover quickly and you really only need two cycles per year, one gaining, one dieting and the rest of the time off. Make sure you understand proper PCT and use it correctly. Make sure you start with the minimum dose because as with all drugs the body will attenuate and that dose will no longer be effective. And of course be monitored continuously via blood work making health a priority. I would also suggest avoiding orals as they tend to cause the most issues over time. A simple 500mg test weekly for 12 weeks is a great cycle for a first time user. Great benefits, almost no sides, and quick recovery.
