Its simple progressive overload...nothing new here. Its not about the routine as most guys learn the hard way after ten years or more of looking for the best routine. Stop looking for the best routine and get your big lifts up to serious poundage and you wont have to worry about what routine you are using. Getting big means getting strong and that means getting good at basic compound movements.
