Nope, not me.

But yes, it's Techno Viking.

I look more like a Skyrim character. =)

From the US. Moving in about a year.

Hello to all!

Ahh right Techno Viking... Wow, how did I miss that lol! What province were you thinking of moving too? I'd encourage the prairies if you don't like hills and are interested in learning how snowflakes can become tiny daggers in -40 degree wind chills... no pressure though ;)

I have family just outside Montreal. So I'll be there. =)

I'll be OK with the winters. I spent a month camping in Norway in winter. Minus 60 at night for a month. lol

Sounds like I won't be moving in November 2105. Looking more like 2016.

Ok, picture time. This is embarrassing.

Oct 2014. After 7 years of test being at 150 and no weights, just cardio. Skinny fat. After 2 years and a med change, Endo got my test back to 600.

2 Pics of the reason why I didn't lift. Scar with graft, then scar without.

And me now. Starting to get my shape back. I hold fat internally so I have belly bloat until I get ripped. Still need to drop 15lbs off on top of that.

Going slow, but getting there. I'm just glad I'm not embarrassed to take my shirt off anymore. Ugh.

My peak was 230lbs with abs. I'm currently at 245/250. 3701737018370193702037021

Holy Jesus pieces man!! What the hell happened to your arm!? The only time I've seen a gash that bad was a girl who was hit by a drunk driver and she smashed her shoulder into the door so badly it tore a piece of her arm off! How is your brachioradialis? It looks like it cut clean through that, is your grip strength good with that hand? How are your tendons and ligaments? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm really curious about it! Your current picture doesn't look that bad also, it looks like you have a good frame personally.

Gun shot wound. Both bones shattered. Arteries and nerves severed. Compartment syndrome swelling almost caused them to cut my hand off, but the vacuum pump saved my hand.

I can't feel the hand, but the strength is 80%. I can't supinate all the way, so that's a problem I just have to work around.

I can lift, I just need to do camber bar curls instead of straight bar. I can't underhand barbell row, everything is overhand.

I can't complain.

Thanks.

If I can cut a few lbs... I'll look good. When I'm in shape I tend to look one of the larger RBs in the NFL. Small waist, broad shoulders, ect.

My calves are still 17 inches after not training this whole time. Hahahaha. Hate me. They are my genetic gift. =P

Oh my god that's insane!! How the hell did you get shot (if you don't mind me asking)!? In Canada we've got some nice gun laws so your chances of being shot up here are pretty slim (thankfully). For your arteries and nerves to be severed, and still have 80% of your strength is really good considering!

Typical American gun bullshit. I'd rather not get into specifics, but all is well here. =)

The first few years I was really weak, the whole arm was junk. The last few years I noticed a drastic improvement.

Thanks for the concern.

Hmm, it seems a lot of that american gun stuff has been in the news lately :/ and mostly with the cops... Quite disturbing. It's good that your arm has come back so strong, that's one helluva scar that's for sure!

I'm thinking I'll put Frankenstein stitches over it as a tattoo. Hahahaha. Thx.
