just wondering what you all think about GH and the claims of reversing aging...does it just make you feel better or make you physically appear younger? I know a woman who wants to take it..but i dont have any GH experience and everythign you read is for building muscle/burning fat.....opinions please....also whats a safe dose for her..she is 39

1-2 iu's is perfect.I will tell you when i was on it i did feel younger, and my skin tone changed, but now i'm back to normal since i have been off it.

i see..that was another thing she asked...whether you go back to normal after....i dont think i am going to recommend this for her since she has had some serious health issues in the past.....but right now i am settling my own curiosity....

more info please.

it helps, but there is no fountain of youth. like was stated above, 1-2iu/day, but also diet is extremely important to your overall well being. Eat clean, exercise and a little gh will make a big difference, but diet and exercise are more important than the gh

GH does make you look and feel younger (if your over 30). But its definitely NOT the fountain of youth. There is reason to believe that it may in fact actually accelerate the aging process, not reverse it.
