I would like to share with you guys an experience that will help you with body building. I used to go to the gym and lift weights and thought that was enough. That is not until I tried to spice things with a mix of other sports. I tried Karate, Self-Defense courses, and boxing. The most effective sport that I have chosen is actually Boxing! The reason for that being is because this sport produces potent sweat that allows your body to grow a substantially larger amount of muscle. This sport literally makes you move every muscle in your body that allows you to back up your body building at the gym.
Personally, I like to train at Golden Gloves Fitness. It is a boxing-exercise gym that is located just north of Toronto. After lifting weights in the morning, I go to this gym at night to reinforce my muscle building I have done earlier the day. This gym is open to the public, so do not hesitate to inquire or come by.
