Question: How do you reduce body fat effectively?

Beginning:
Age: 43
Height: 5’10
Body Fat: 29%
Weight: 210
Max Calories: 1980

Diet:
Meal 1. Two omega 3 boiled eggs
Meal 2. Whey Shake
Meal 3. Salad chicken breast or Fish salad
Meal 4. Hand full of almonds
Meal 5. Fish (Samon/Mackeral) salad with Avcado
Meal 6. Whey shake (after workout)

4-5 pints of water a day

Train:
Weights: 2-3 times a week
Cardio: Soccer 4 times a week

Goal is to lose weight keep strength and shredded

Weight now:
Age: 43
Height 5’10
Body Fat: 25%
Weight: 190
Max: 1980

Why is my body fat not dropping as fast? Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Diet is lacking.

Weight minimum 4 days per week.

Soccer? If my goal was to preserve max muscle and get shredded id choose a more optimal method of cardio..ie walking.

I would suggest googling Dave Palumbo keto diet for 200lb man and follow that. Start walking every morning 30min and add a few min each week.

Start training more often..4-5 days per week.
