Just thought I'd introduce myself...... been on the boards for awhile now mostly on Elite but I cruise most of the boards. Anyway I've been hitting the gym now for about 6 years and am currently 190 at about 12% BF, its good to see more Canadian boards thats for sure :cool:

Another bro who likes to surf the boards, yeah used to have the monkey from the family guy as my avatar......still do at a few of the boards.

Yeah, I like to get around. Lots to read.....I've only been lifting for 4 years so I am still a newbie (J/k)!Kinda..Always something to learn.....
