Just wondering if its safe to do test year round? I thought you had to come off for a bit so your would start producing it naturally. Should i use arimedex also at around week 3? Any suggestions or comments on this....Thanks :)

I have often wondered the same question. From what information i gathered if you use 75mg a week of Test your body should not stop producing Test. But I could be wrong....

If you want to stay healthy with a stable endocrine profile than yes you must come off. Unless you are on TRT and that should only be if you are older and not producing adequate test or you have a genetic endocrine issue. If you are using aas for performance enhancement then you should follow proper cycle and PCT protocol. An amount of aas enough to produce results will suppress endogenous test.

Prae, do you think that staying on for a year or two would have any effect on one's ability to have kids in the future? In other words, does staying on cycle make you sterile? That's one of the things I wonder about. I mean a lot of pros (look at Ronnie Coleman for example) were clearly on year round but still managed to have children. Would coming off completely and then using HCG and clomid for a while help make it possible to have children?

HCG, Aromasin, Clomid, you can't go wrong. Was on for years continuous when I was young & not as wise as I'm now ;) without proper PCT, still was able to have #2 kids.... Proper PCT and some time off, say a year to ensure everything is back to normal, ie have you sperm levels checked etc. I think you will be fine.

Definitely will affect it in the short term but there are studies showing guys using continuously for 5 years and with proper PCT were able to get sperm levels back to where they could impregnate their spouse. Many pros and amateurs who have been on for a long time do get their partners pregnant while on cycle. This is quite common and works well for many guys...you need to use a significant amount of test ie 1g weekly and add HCG to the mix and you will be fairly potent...happened to me.

I stayed on low dose for 2 years and ended up sterile. Sperm count = ****ing zero. Prae gave me the info I needed and within two weeks sperm count = 30 million. By the time I did a second sperm test my wife was already preggers but the count would have been more than 30 million. We have a beautiful baby boy that turns one in a few weeks.

Thanks for your response, Mr. Ontario! Yeah, it's probably one of the things I worry about the most when it comes to gear usage. Everything else isn't as big of a deal to me because I know I don't abuse it. So liver values, bp, heart, etc are all normal and I always get bloodwork done. Half a gram of test weekly and some gh for a few months shouldn't kill me. But the sterility part of it always scares me. It's good to know that there are people out there who have used for much longer than me and still manage to reboot their natural baby making abilities! :peace

Thanks. Haha sucks that someone stole yours, it's hard enough for us to find shirts that look nice AND fit. The Superman one I normally only wear at home and/or to the gym. And looking at that picture now reminds me of how freakin' conditioned I was when I was on keto. Good God.

Aside from HCG and Clomid, are there other fertility drugs out there that are normally used in combination with those two? I'm just curious because I think I remember seeing a video of Dave Palumbo saying something about HMG? I don't even know if it was HMG or something else, I watched it a while ago.

AHHHH!!! This post gives me hope. From sperm count zero to 30 million? Whew. Good stuff. And congrats on the little one. I don't know if it's because I'm starting to get older or what but the prospect of having children has become more and more appealing to me as of late. And they seem so cute!

HCG and HMG are similar...HCG acts more dominantly as LH and HMG acts more dominantly as FSH. LH boosts test levels...FSH increases sperm count.
