hey prae,
If you had 10-12 months to really prioritize legs which of the following would you go with:
A) two diff leg workouts a week (say wed+sat)/diff exercises but hitting both quads/hams
B) quad day and a hamstring day
C) still once a week

In reality hams grow much much better if you do them on quad day and do them first prior to hitting quads...so that answers questions B. Once per week is what I find works best mostly because I cannot recuperate in any shorter period of time. What I recently have tries is training legs once per week as usualy but adding in once ham exercise and one quad exercise about

My other suggestion is 10-12 months is too long for a gaining phase...you will end up putting on too much fat. IMO the year should be divided into three phases, lean mass gaining 4 months, dieting 4 months and maintenance 4 months.
