Hello canada bodybuilding. I have been coping from a disc herniation for around 6 years now and it has not resorbed. I have tried: Chiropractics, Deep tissue massage, Physio, Stretching, ART, and when the pain gets really bad i have resorted to nerve block injections. :(

I did a MRI recently to see the condition of my Spine and it did not improve.

My MRI interpretation result was as fallows: Mild Degenerative changes are noted at the L4-L5 level. At the L3-L4 level a tiny central disc bulge herniation is noted. At L4-L5 level, mild spinal stenosis, and a disc bulge assiciated with a tiny central disc herniation are noted. Mild narrowing of the right and left interverbial foramina may also be present. At L5-S1 level a minor disc bulge is noted.

All this aside I can still lift. I cannot do deads off the floor. When i squat or leg press or bent row it causes irritation and inflamation as well as sciatica. When i sit down for too long its a pain in the ass and down my leg :(

I plan to utilize all my resources to fix this problem.

Any one who has any information or suggestions please help me

If you want to get over your injuries I would highly suggest you call Dr Joe Kottoor. He is probably the best guy to see if you are an athlete and have seen many other Dr's, chiros, etc before but havent ben successful. I send many many clients to him and all have been successful.

You will need to tell him Ted referred you otherwise you will not get in for many months...he is a busy guy and treats many professional athletes...ie NHL, NFL, NBA etc.
