PCT - recovered???

been about 6 weeks since i finished my PCT. i feel like i am recovered in the gym strength wise and have morning wood etc, but still feeling low libido and drive?

here are my current results as of last week ...

anything i can take to increase drive/libido or is it just a time thing?

I would take 1 big shot of hcg, then you should be fine.

ok so what would that dose be 10,000 iu all at once? also would i need to run nolvadex or aromasin due to hcg raising estrogen levels?

Taking on shot of hcg by itself will shut you down further from the negative feedback loop cause by the estrogen from T conversion. If you are going to run hcg you will need aromasin and I would also include nolva at the same time. Your T levels are still on the low end hence the low libido etc. How much hcg were u doing for pct?

yes 2000 iu monday/thursday monday thursday monday/thursday and monday over 3 weeks total of 5 shots ran novlvadex and aromasin with it.

I would suggest running the same plan one more time...all ingredients.

ok i will do so, can you maybe outline how long and what dosages of hcg nolvadex, aromasin you would do.

also i used hcg from pharmacy and noticed it was flaky at bottom not a solid puck wafer, does that mean anything? i never shook it after mixing it just gently let it disolve.

i was doing

1000 iu, for 3 weeks
weeks 1-5 aromasin at 12.5mg eod
weeks 3-5 nolvadex 20mg per day?


what would happen if i ran novladex alone only to kick start test?

My suggestion...

2000iu hcg every third day until done.

Weeks 1-5 aromasin 12.5mg ED
weeks 1-5 10mg nolvadex twice daily
weeks 3-5 50mg clomid twice daily

PS clomid and nolva act slightly different even though both are serms...they work much better if used together for PCT

how long to wait after pct to get blood work done?

Never had any side with clomid at that dosage. Wait 2-3 weeks after stopping everything to get blood work done.

sorry for all the questions on this, but just curious

i know hcg kick starts the testes and aromasin takes care of the estrogen caused by hcg, what do clomid and nolvadex actually do?

Ive posted this a few times before...

Clomid is a synthetic estrogen that, in men, can perform two functions: 1) Clomid antagonizes estrogen receptors (somewhat
inhibiting the estrogenic side effects of aromatizing anabolic steroids). 2) Clomid mimics the effects of the hypothalamic hormone Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GRH). In humans, GRH stimulates the pituitary gland to produce LH and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). This final role of Clomid, then, is to help awaken the pituitary gland that has been suppressed from the heavy anabolic steroid cycle.

Here is where many make the mistake of using only nolvadex and not clomid. Both are SERMS but they act slightly differently on the pituitary and thus tend to work better together.
