Just got here from the States, where the good stuff is illegal. So what's the first thing to do here in Canada? Enjoy a Cuban cigar and start some gear!

Also I'm new to the metric system so some of the weights might be off. I'm too lazy to convert. The important thing here are the gains hahah

Background:
Been natty and seriously training for ~3 years. Added 25lbs. Having real trouble gaining in the legs even though I lift decent weight (yeah I usually do high volume sets but it doesn't get me anywhere). I eat about 4000Cal/day, mostly chicken, beans, eggs, pb sammiches, milk, broccoli. Whatever is on sale at Sobey's hahah. Clearly I'm a little young to be starting a cycle. But I'm taking it light, and only doing 1 every year at the most. I've gone just about as far as I can with my size naturally.

Current profile:
5'8" = 1.75m
165lbs = 75kg
~12% BF
Waist: 30" = 76cm
Arms: 16" = 46cm
Legs: 23" = 58cm

Bench: 295x1
Incline: 245x1
Dip: (165+115)x4

Cycle:
Dbol 30mg/d Week 1-6
Test400 400mg/wk Week 1-4

Decided against the taper, probably going to add HCG with the PCT to reduce my losses in post-cycle.

Dbol is giving me great pumps before the gym. Blood pressure (tested twice) is 144/72. Not too far from my normal 130/75, but I'm going to keep an eye on it and cut the dbol down to 20mg/day if I get above 150.
Appetite has gone way up, and so have strength gains. I'm not maxing this week, so next week I'll post figures for bench and press. I'm taking things easy on squats and deadlifts for the time being because I feel a little too much strain on the tendons right along the tailbone. Pictures next week as well since apparently that's how you get replies around here hahah

It's slow around here these days. Has been for a while. I would have gone for a straight test cycle as my first but d-bol does seems fine. I personally love the taper with a proper PCT.

I've never tried the taper before, does it cut down the rebound time for PCT?
Only reason I decided to change was after reading "Anabolics", they explained how a taper is still an elevated level of testosterone, so your body wont begin producing naturally until the taper is done.

^ this is true....any exogenous test will inhibit your own production. I find the taper "treats" me better though....less of a shock....then again I didn't use any pct after my last run and I was on for a while. so basically comes down to what works best for your body. ive also fathered 3 children whilst on long, low dose useage......

Sorry mates, things got busy last week and I didn't have time to update the log.
Pictures tomorrow, but here's the quick summary so far.

Weight 175lbs (+10)
Bench (275x6)
Curl (135x8)
Dips (135x6)
Pullup (175+135x6)


I haven't gone heavy on squat or deadlift because I was experiencing tendon strain, right along the tail-bone... It's feeling better but I'm going to take another week off before I go heavy on those again. Been concentrating on leg press and front squats in the meantime. Got 275x2 on front squat and 1200x6 on leg press.

Overall the strength is showing the biggest gains. Weight is coming on slowly, I don't think there is much water weight, but I'm starting to drink a lot more water nowadays. A gain of 10lbs in 3 weeks is significantly less than what I expected from Dbol, but it could be fake or underdosed. I've lost about 5lbs in my balls, so maybe I've gained more than I thought lol
I haven't been trying to max on my lifts just because I know how dangerous it can be to use steroids in that way. An injury right now would be just awful.

Pullups with 135lbs is quite something!! You go full rom ? With straight arms when you are down bellow on each rep ? If yes it's dang good!

Sorry to disappoint fellas.

Yeah mate, back has always been my strongest workout. I prefer the close grip pull-ups because I get more stretch in the lats. That might be making in easier for me to lift heavier weight, but that's just the variation that gives me the best stretch/squeeze.

P.S. any leg exercise suggestions to isolate the inner quad? I'd really like to get some big tear-drops.

Here's the end photos. Finally got the uploader working!!!

Summary:

About 90% certain the Dbol I got was fake because I didn't feel anything from it, nor did I get any water retention.

Next cycle will be test-ace because test400 makes me sore every time, and I don't mind injecting.

Squatted heavy during the last week, hit 455x3 which is amazing because I never have gone beyond 405x1. My back is feeling Gucci.
Weighted pullups: (135+175)x10
Bench: 365x1 (I could've probably worked bench more during the cycle, but it's hard to find a decent spotter at my gym)

Curls: 135x6
Military press: 225 (Really happy with this number, I've always had issues with shoulder strength)

Overall I'm happy with the cycle, though perhaps my expectations were higher than they should have been. I'd like to see what real Dbol does one day... Finally seeing some cuts and size on my legs, which was the biggest goal this summer.
