So I found this by accident doing weighted neck flexion with an ez curl bar with a pad on it.Lie prone on a bench,with your head over the edge,and maybe an ab pad if you have one.If you watch vids of people doing flexion with weights,almost all of them crunch a little despite trying to isolate the movement.I do the flexion,then crunch,no cheating like what would happen with your arms holding the weight,it's firmly in place and inline.Despite working my abs in numerous ways,I was noticeably sore for two days.Work your neck without weights at least a few times first.
