published 'article' evidence based recommendations for natural bodybuilding

Saw this on another board. I am not saying whatever is in here is right or wrong. It's not that bad and I'll agree with a lot of what is written. Most are just reports from other studies, and this is more or less a systematic review trying to pull evidence together. But I am most surprised someone actually spent the time writing this up and submitting to this journal. Of course not the journals I am used to in my work, but it's still a journal nonetheless.
