I am currently having problems sleeping. I am taking zinc and magnesium before bed and gaba. Is there anything that someone knows of that can help? I know sleep is crucial for my health and for muscle growth and fat loss . Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.... :)

Dude, I totally know what your going through. I too myself have had really bad problems trying to sleep in between school and relationship stuff. What I find really help is to have a high protein source food about 30-40 mins before you go to bed (this is my protein shake for me) make sure you watch watch no tv or look at anything electronic (even lights), just try to relax let your mind wander. Also, if you have a window in your room, open it. I know everyone says this but this actually helps a lot more than you would think it would. If this doesn't work, go to your local pharmacy and get some Melatonin. For me 1 pill of 3 mg does me in pretty quick. If you take the melatonin, don't use it everyday, you'll build up a tolerance of course. Hope this helps!

Create a schedule...up at 7am in bed by 11pm. Drop ALL stimulants! Take 3 caps ZMA plus 1 cap melatonin 30min before bed. Take measures to reduce anxiety and stress in your life.
