Looking for a coach in the hamilton area

Hi,
I started training for my very first OPA show a few months ago, I wont be competing until October and I am currently working an online trainer. I love the progress I am making, but I feel that for my prep I would like to work with a trainer face to face. Does anyone know of any trainers/coaches in the Hamilton area? Thank you so much!

Marshall Alexander is in Hamilton and has coached many competitive bodybuilders as well as their diet plans.

Just wondering what your idea of face to face is...as in meeting once per month? once per week? or training each workout? Most decent online coaches run $600 to $2000 per program....face to face on a regular basis for someone who knows there stuff will be 2-3 times that depending on frequency. Also for a level one OPA show its really unnecessary if you have a decent online coach...it really comes down to experience and track record.
