Interesting little article discussing what was formerly known as the roman chair situp.There might be too many braggarts and idiot crossfitters,but there are some smart ones that can add to the knowledge base.A good explanation of why the old fashioned bent knee anchored foot situp is destructive.

2 chiros that are friends of mine despise this exercise, one is a bodybuilder and the other one is a hockey player.

I'm not listening to chiros these days since mine did an incredible job of making a frozen shoulder 10x worse.You need the flexibility.I did find it funny that guy's nut sack swelled up.

There are good and bad professionals in every profession, I personally wouldn't do this exercise just because it is too much Psoas action for my taste

Years back a university hurdler and his gf used to wotk out at Golds here,noticeable development that your regular bbers lacked.What are you doing to strengthen this area?
