hey prea, I have a local farmer that I buy grass fed beef, chickens, eggs, and pork from and the more I buy the cheaper it is. I get half a cow cause it's cheep, but then when I'm trying to fit things into macros becomes crazy with every cut of meat, also you can't really find grass fed profiles for every cut. is it close enough to just use the pre programmed info in food scale? also I hear lots about grass fed beef but never much about pork? is grass fed pork a good choice? the butcher he uses is also all natural/organic there are no nitrates/unknown spices or anything in the bacon/sausage the sausage says fennel seed, lemon, sea salt..... pretty damn excited to find this guy but wondering if this is sabotaging my diet haha

All the food you mentioned is great. For protein amounts just use 7-8 oz cooked for each meal...having to to be exact by calorie is unnecessary. Chicken, fish, pork, beef...all lean cuts use 7-8 oz cooked depending on how much overall lean mass you carry...if you are under 240lbs use 7oz if 240+ use 8.
