Fist cycle advice

So a friend is interested in doing a test only cycle - enanthate. What would you suggest as far as dosage and duration , as well as PCT ?

No more than 250mg twice weekly for 12 weeks. PCT should consist of HCG 5000iu total ...1000iu every third day along with 12.5mg aromasin ED once the hcg is done stop stop the aromasin and run clomid 50mg twice daily for two to three weeks...done.

2 week nolva 20mg twice daily
2 week clomid 50mg twice daily

Get blood work!

I prefer HCG with aromasin...aromasin by itself wont do much...the nolva and clomid should be concurrent.
