Hey everybody! So a long while back, I was watching a Rich Piana video and he was talking all about feeder workouts! I had never heard of them up until that point. Sometimes I do feeder workouts, like for instance, last week, I just felt really good after hitting delts and shrugs and I decided to do a quick feeder for my triceps (which I had hit two days before). I heard that feeder workouts are supposed to help grow out parts that you focus them on? So when I do feeders, I just try to get as much blood into the muscle as possible. I put on really low weight and focus a little less on the contraction and more just the pump (I do about 3-4 sets usually, 12-15 reps each). Does it sound like I am doing the feeders right? Heck, are feeders even useful? I was also wondering if I am to do a feeder on a day, should I do it before I get to my main muscle groups (that I am supposed to be hitting that day)?

Thanks and tell me if you guys do them!

Never heard them called feeder workouts....it just basically prioritizing specific bodyparts by doing a few extra exercises on off days....they do work for lagging body parts yes...nothing new here!
