so i have to give blood/urine for life insurance...assuming they will do blood pressure..i was at the drug store and wedged my arm in one of those testing machines...i hardly fit but it tested me and i was way high....just out of curiosity..i am assuming it is not accurate since my arm did not fit in well...the thing hardly pumped up like it should...i dont feel like i have high blood pressure....last time i took Dbol i know it was high cause i felt like my head was gonna pop off.......any ideas?

Go to the drug store and buy a portable one to have at home. They may seem expensive, but its well worth the money to have one when running gear. Just make sure to try the cuff on your arm before buying it. I've had one for as long as I can remember and its far more convenient than having to go to the drug store to measure it there.

1-2 week before your BP test start:

-Garlic Extract * a LOT ed
-CoQ10 * rec dosage ed
-Hawthorne Berry * 2x rec dosage ed

1-2 hrs before BP test:

-all of the above * 2
-L-arginine * 5+ grams

obviously no stimulants

good luck

If you suspect high blood pressure, go see your doctor right away. Don't delay.

if it is high its only from the cycle i am on...test/tren/eq
i feel fine...thats why i am thinking the machine i used at the store is incorrect because my arm did not fit in!

will you be drug tested? if not, benzos lower bp dramatically. Also beta blockers.

beta blockers are better than a benzo for bp.....good suggestion tho

benzos are easier to find.

Hawthorne and hot Cheyenne pepper for blood pressure if you want to take the natural route. :)

As for testing BP in those machines... If you're gifted with large arms, test it on your forearm. Works the same, and is just as accurate. ;)

Cuff machine works fairly well too.

It's NOT accurate! it says right on machine, UP TO 12" arm max, or wont read right

I've posted this in a previous thread as well..

Just a quick example how far off a small cuff can throw your readings..
Went to the hospital a month ago for an allergy attack..

Triage Nurse took my BP Twice, all readings were high 155/90, 158/92.. Got admitted and went in the back and the nurse came, looked at me and said I need a bigger cuff... 2 more readings in the back.. 115/72 and 116/76

When I asked her about the difference up front till now, she said the cuff can throw it WAY of.... So make sure you have a large enough cuff for sure...

Drug store BP machines are NOT for Bodybuilders, they simple don't read right..As mentioned above get a home testing unit with an extra large cuff

if you arms are over 12" then dont bother, reading will be off

might be diffrent from machine to machine, we were at shopper at Burlington, and it said 12" arms, lol was wondering wtf? thats not big at all, hell, some bodybuildiers, have 15-16 arms, look good, but personaly i think i nice size for arms is around 16"
you need the soft wrap that's adjustable to go around arm. Around 100 buck at shoppers or walmart
