Hi Prae,

Been following your advice on these forums for over a year now and everything you've said has been helpful and I've made great progress as a result of it.

Genetically, I think my shoulders have always been my weakest part. I know for a lot of people other parts such as calves might be harder to bring up, but I feel like my calves get bigger just from cardio and some light legwork. But shoulders have always been an issue for me. My question is, which shoulder exercises would you consider to be the best at stimulating the delts? (With more emphasis on side delts). I've been doing military presses and barbell presses. Should I instead try to isolate the muscle more with other exercises? How far up should I bring the dumbbells for lateral raises?

Thanks!

I would include both seated barbell presses to the front and dumbbell laterals in your program. Bring the dumbbells up until your arms are about parallel to the floor.

Thanks! How many sets + reps per exercise should I do for mass? Since they are not a big major muscle group such as chest or back, should I do less?
