Hey everybody, I'm back again with another nutrition question! Just like the last post (IIFYM), I expect this one to have some different opinions. So, my protein powder that I buy has a bunch of different stuff in it including BCAA's. What are your thoughts on it? I have heard that they are essential for building muscle e.t.c. But of course, there are a bunch of people who believe that just eating a ton of meat with get you all of the macro and micro nutrients you need. Like before, people are really for it, or heavily against it. Tell me your thoughts!
Thanks!

There is a tonne of BCAA's in whey protein so its really unnecessary to add more.

Do they help in any way? Or are they just another over-hyped supplement that doesn't work?
